At STUDIOCULT, we want you to be completely obsessed with your unique finds, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and certain body jewelry remain final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original STUDIOCULT branded boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
